Dr. Edward A. Legarreta is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 30 years of practice experience, providing comprehensive eye care at his Williamsville, New York, practice since 1984. As a highly skilled and proficient physician, Dr. Legarreta also holds hospital affiliations at Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo General Hospital and Lockport Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Legarreta graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from the City College of New York, before he received his medical degree from the SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. He then completed his internship at Millard Fillmore Hospital and residency training in Ophthalmology at Buffalo General Hospital.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Thomas O'Connor is a fully licensed optometrist providing our patients with a full range of vision correction and eye care services.
Dr. O'Connor received his undergraduate degree in biology at SUNY Buffalo, and received an additional degree in Vision Science, as well as his optometry degree, at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. O'Connor then completed extensive internship training in Primary Care at the Eye Institute, in Pathology at the VA Medical Center and in Pediatrics/Vision Therapy at May & Clark, ODS.
Upon completion of his training, Dr. O'Connor provided comprehensive optometry services at several locations across the country, before joining the staff at Legarreta Eye Center in 1996.
Dr. Deborah Arenos is a licensed optometrist with over 20 years of experience, currently providing comprehensive eye care services at Legarreta Eye Center. Previously, Dr. Arenos worked at Health Care Plan in Buffalo and at Pearle Vision. While at Health Care Plan, she was an adjunct Clinical Instructor with the State University of New York College of Optometry.
Dr. Arenos received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Central Connecticut State University, and her optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Arenos completed an extensive internship at Montrose VA Hospital located outside of New York City. She is married to Dr. Glenn Arenos and has 3 children.
Dr. Eric Bella is a fully licensed optometrist, specializing in the treatment of glaucoma at Legarreta Eye Center. Before joining the staff, Dr. Bella provided optometric services at several practices and optical shops across the New York area, where he provided complete eye exams and treated patients, with an emphasis on contact lenses.
Dr. Bella graduated cum laude with his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Duquesne University, before completing his optometry degree at the State University of New York College of Optometry.
